Responsible for the design, development, marketing, sponsorship acquisition, strategic alliance formation and full implementation of the largest fan event during an equestrian sporting competition in the United States, the International Equestrian Festival.
Sponsorships and strategic alliances include companies from Fortune's Top 35 Private Companies, such as CARGILL, national media partnerships/sponsorships with the HRTV television network, celebrity movie event with DISNEY, and local participation from company brands including The UPS STORE and LOWES. Attendees include industry enthusiasts from more than 20 countries, with performers/exhibitors from the U.S., Europe, Australia and the Asia.
Additional projects:
- e-commerce -- Launching and managing the first e-commerce project in Kentucky designed to provide online tickets for horse farm tours and agri-tourism
- documentary for television -- Underwriting a documentary titled "Beyond the Stone Fences"

Successfully planned, organized and executed the largest equine breeding rites auction ever held, raising over $2 Million in one evening for The Kentucky Equine Education Project (KEEP).

Work in 2006 includes being a guest speaker at the Kentucky Economic Association’s annual meeting, co-teaching AEC 300, “Equine Markets,” UK’s first non-animal science equine course, co-authoring a paper on economic clusters in the horse industry, participating in a U.S. Homeland Security workshop to assist in the development of training programs in equine bio-security, and being a guest speaker to an audience of Federal Congressional Staff Members.
